83% of IT professionals consider flexibility as highly valuable to their job, but only 25% have flexible jobs, reflecting dissatisfaction amid return-to-office mandates.
54% of Gen Z employees and 53% of millennials say they would quit a job for greater workplace flexibility, indicating significant generational shifts.
