Asia Live will feature a rotating menu with favorites from China Live and new signature dishes made in an open kitchen concept, showcasing flavors from various Asian regions.
The new restaurant will encompass sushi and robata stations, tandoori ovens, and offer seating for 350 guests, including an outdoor patio and rooftop terrace.
Sue, in a news release, emphasized that "the addition of Asia Live further solidifies Westfield Valley Fair's position as the Bay Area's premier destination for exceptional experiences."
