Chow Fisher's favorite neighborhood spot is Ox 9 Lanzhou Handpulled Noodles in San Mateo, where she enjoys their hand-pulled belt noodles and wontons in chili oil.

Tony Gemignani is a well-known chef and restaurateur in North Beach, San Francisco, with a successful empire that includes multiple restaurants and businesses.
Gemignani is the first non-Neapolitan to win the title of world champion pizza maker at the World Pizza Cup in Naples, Italy. He has also achieved four Guinness World Records and has written three books.
Despite living in the East Bay, Gemignani still spends a significant amount of time in North Beach, working on various projects and recently launching a franchise program for his Slice House pizzeria.
