Pastry chef Serena Chow Fisher has shifted her attention to two new projects: Jack & Remi, a craft ice cream company, and 7 Adams, an upcoming Japantown restaurant.
Chow Fisher's favorite neighborhood spot is Ox 9 Lanzhou Handpulled Noodles in San Mateo, where she enjoys their hand-pulled belt noodles and wontons in chili oil.
Her favorite place to take out of town visitors is the Ferry Building in San Francisco, where they can experience SF food staples and enjoy a condensed SF experience along the water.
