While I treasure the productivity and comfort found in remote work, the relentless solitude can quickly morph into a hazardous routine that complicates mental well-being.
It's a familiar scenario: as deadlines loom and my social interactions dwindled, I found myself trapped in a loop of monotony, slowly losing track of time.
I’ve realized that my day improves significantly when I interact with someone face-to-face, whether it's simply ordering a coffee or having a meaningful conversation.
Moving forward into the new year, I plan to make a conscious effort to escape the confines of my home office and seek out social environments.
