Acast has secured exclusive ad sales, hosting, and distribution rights for the Casefile true crime podcast, which adds 80-million annual listens to its global network.
The Casefile podcast, which started as a spare room project, has achieved significant global reach, having amassed a total of 800 million listens since its 2016 launch.
Acast CEO Ross Adams emphasized that the new partnership enhances Acast’s quality content and connects brands with a vast global audience of engaged listeners.
Despite anonymity, the host of Casefile expressed excitement about joining the Acast network to further expand the podcast’s reach, both in Australia and internationally.
