Police are reigniting a decades-old investigation into the discovery of skeletal remains found in Harlem in 1997, now seeking public assistance for identification.
The skeletal remains discovered in 1997 belong to a male, estimated to be 20 to 30 years old, with a height of approximately 6 feet.
