Jaguars' Lawrence unlikely to play vs. Vikings
Briefly

Head coach Doug Pederson announced that Trevor Lawrence is unlikely to play Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings due to a recent shoulder injury sustained during the game against the Eagles.
If Lawrence is unable to play, Mac Jones is set to start for the Jaguars against the Vikings; this marks Jones' first game start in nearly a year after his time with the New England Patriots.
The injury occurred when Lawrence was hit while running, and rather than taking a safer slide, he went headfirst and suffered the impact that left him sidelined.
With Lawrence's injury, the return of veteran C.J. Beathard from the Dolphins' practice squad adds depth to the quarterback position for the Jaguars.
