"Still the same," Knicks coach Mike Brown told reporters after practice on Tuesday. "Neither one practiced today, but we're going to keep monitoring them, and I'll get with the medical staff and we'll see what we're going to do."
CLEVELAND - Miami Dolphins linebacker Tyrel Dodson cleared concussion protocol and will be available for Sunday's game against the Browns in Cleveland. The Dolphins, as they traveled Saturday, removed Dodson from the team's injury report. Coach Mike McDaniel said Friday he was "hopeful and confident" Dodson would clear the NFL's five-step protocol to return to play from a concussion before the game, but Friday came and went without such a development. Miami's middle linebacker suffered the concussion in the Oct. 5 loss to the Carolina Panthers and missed last week's home defeat to the Los Angeles Chargers.
There are a few irreplaceable players on New England's current roster - like quarterback Drake Maye, left tackle Will Campbell and cornerback Christian Gonzalez - and Landry is near the top of that list. He's been a mainstay on the field in Vrabel's defense, already logging 300 snaps (fourth-most on the team, per Pro Football Focus); he leads the Patriots in both QB pressures (25) and sacks (4.5) through six games.
Wide receiver Jalen Coker will be active for the first time this season when the Carolina Panthers face the New York Jets on Sunday in the Meadowlands. Coker missed the first six games with a hamstring injury. He was designated in August to replace Adam Thielen as the third starter behind Tetairoa McMillan and Xavier Legette after the veteran was traded to the Minnesota Vikings.
TAMPA, Fla. -- The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be without wide receiver Chris Godwin Jr. and running back Bucky Irving when they face the Detroit Lions next week in a "Monday Night Football" clash between two of the NFC's top teams. "Chris is not in play to practice, so I'm sure he won't be back," Bucs coach Todd Bowles said Monday, adding that the same is true for Irving.
Starting center Cooper Beebe, who established himself as a cornerstone of the unit during his rookie season, sustained a high-ankle sprain during the team's 40-37 overtime victory over the New York Giants in Week 2. Beebe's injury occurred late in the contest, forcing him to leave the field as overtime commenced. NFL Insider Ian Rapoport provided details about the expected timeline for Beebe's return.

PITTSBURGH -- The Steelers defense will get a boost from at least two starters returning from injury for Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns - and one more could be available, too. Cornerback Joey Porter Jr., who hasn't played since injuring his hamstring in the Week 1 win against the Jets, is off the injury report, as is pass rusher Alex Highsmith, who sprained his ankle in Week 2.
As the MLB Playoffs continue to roll on on Monday, another annual MLB event will get underway as well on Monday. The Arizona Fall League will start, a showcase each autumn that allows some of baseball's best future talents to continue refining their tools. For the Braves, some of their top prospects and young talents will participate, including Nacho Alvarez. They will be a part of the Glendale Diamond Dogs.
On Saturday afternoon, news broke that starting pass rusher K'Lavon Chaisson would not be on the field on Sunday night, as he is still dealing with a knee injury that kept him away from practice in the days leading up to the game. That inevitably puts a lot of pressure on the rest of the defensive line, with an emphasis on the other pass rushers that will need to ensure Chaisson's absence is not too apparent, especially when going against a quarterback like Josh Allen and a running back like James Cook.
Alt exited the first quarter of the Chargers' Week 4 loss to the New York Giants on a medical cart, after Giants outside linebacker Kayvon Thibodeaux fell into Alt's right leg during a play early in the first quarter.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers star wide receiver Mike Evans is expected to miss three to four weeks with a strained left hamstring, sources told ESPN. Evans suffered the injury in fourth quarter of Sunday's victory over the New York Jets. An MRI on Tuesday showed that Evans has a moderate strain, according to sources. Evans, 32, has battled hamstring issues in the past, missing three games last year and three in 2019 due to injuries to his right hamstring.
The Titans placed Sweat on the reserve/injured list on Saturday. Sweat suffered an ankle injury in Tennessee's season opening loss to the Denver Broncos. The 6-foot-4, 366-pound lineman was not available for last week's game against the Los Angeles Rams. Sweat worked a side field during practice on Wednesday and was seen doing light jogging before taking part in individual period on Thursday. The Titans ruled Sweat out for Week 3 after he missed practice on Friday.
CHICAGO -- Chicago Bears Pro Bowl cornerback Jaylon Johnson was placed on injured reserve Saturday where he will be sidelined for a minimum of four games. Johnson, 26, dealt with a groin injury this summer that forced him to miss all of training camp, the preseason and Chicago's season opener against Minnesota. He returned in Week 2 at Detroit but exited the game in the second quarter after breaking up a pass.
Katherine Terrell came back to ESPN to cover the New Orleans Saints in the summer of 2022. She left the company in 2019 after joining in 2016 to cover the Cincinnati Bengals. Katherine is a graduate of LSU and a Baton Rouge, Louisiana, native, and she has covered the NFL since 2013. SEATTLE -- The New Orleans Saints have ruled out defensive end Chase Young for the third straight game with a calf injury.
CINCINNATI -- Cincinnati Bengals coach Zac Taylor did not have an official timeline for quarterback Joe Burrow to return following successful toe surgery on Friday. Burrow underwent surgery to repair a turf toe injury on his left foot, Taylor said after Friday's practice. The coach said the surgery went well. "There's no reason to give a timeline," Taylor said. "We don't have a timeline. Now he's just in recovery and we'll go from there."
