McDonald's has decided to extend its popular $5/$6 Meal Deal through the end of 2024, originally intended as a summer promotion that began in June 2024.
The combo meal, which includes a McDouble or McChicken, fries, Chicken McNuggets, and a drink, is aimed at addressing consumer complaints about rising prices.
In varying markets, the meal's price can differ, with the McChicken burger offered at $5 and the McDouble at $6 in Southern California.
In addition to the Meal Deal, McDonald's is offering special promotions for app users, such as 50-cent Double Cheeseburgers and Free Fries Fridays through 2024.
