Singburi, a cherished Thai restaurant in Leytonstone, closed last year, leaving food lovers heartbroken. However, the anticipated reopening as Singburi 2.0 is set for spring 2025 in Shoreditch. Sirichai Kularbwong and his team aim to recreate the authentic flavors that made the original restaurant a hit, collaborating with notable culinary talents like Nick Molyviatis and Alexander Gkikas. With a strong hospitality background, they plan to preserve Singburi’s essence while introducing new elements, as fans eagerly await details and make plans to visit the new location.
