How to break free from your "toxic productivity" cycle

To maintain my sense of accomplishment, I had significantly altered my relationship with productivity. I equated busyness with self-worth, always chasing the next task rather than genuinely engaging with present aspects of my life.
The emotional disconnection was the hardest part of it all. I realized I was putting undue pressure on myself, equating my value with productivity rather than acknowledging my intrinsic worth beyond what I achieved.
What many people overlook is that productivity isn't about doing more or racing through tasks. It's about achieving a healthy balance that recognizes personal well-being and the quality of life lived.
