Osteria Angelina, set to open in March 2025, will focus on fresh pastas with Japanese influences, offering a relaxed atmosphere with open kitchens.
The restaurant will feature a changing selection of eight pasta dishes, alongside antipasti, crudi, fritti plates, and big cuts grilled over binchotan.
A unique wine list will include Italian bottles, curated sake, extensive grappa and Japanese whiskey, plus cocktails blending flavors from Italy and Japan.
Incorporating a pastaio visible to diners and an open kitchen, the concept aims to create an engaging dining experience inspired by northern Italian osterias.
