10 Patios Villa / Maignial Architectes & Associes
Briefly

The project in Clapiers aims to build 10 patio villas designed as social housing, fostering a connection between interior and exterior spaces with a strong emphasis on privacy and sunlight.
Architectural choices include high parapets on terrace roofs for shelter, generous outdoor spaces, and a layout that emphasizes both community and personal privacy.
The design promotes a mix of solid and void forms, creating intimate environments while maximizing use of the south/southwest orientation oriented towards optimal living conditions.
Each villa will feature dedicated outdoor areas, an emphasis on vegetation, and parking facilities that maintain a visually appealing and functional space, upholding the project's community-focused vision.
