Briefly

Burnout, a widespread issue across all occupations, manifests as exhaustion, numbness, and disengagement due to chronic stress that arises from demanding or emotionally taxing environments. This article discusses the importance of workplace dynamics in either exacerbating or mitigating burnout, emphasizing community building and social support among colleagues. It also stresses the need to develop conflict resolution skills to avoid interpersonal drama. By fostering supportive relationships and a healthy work culture, individuals can enhance resilience against burnout and promote overall well-being in the workplace.
