When change is underway, humans fill a void of information with any number of presumptions and speculation. As our head of culture reminds me often, "People just want to know how it affects them."
To prepare and help ensure that they understood how this would affect them, we created a list of questions we knew would be top of mind and tried our best to answer them in our initial announcement.
