Reddit unveiled its AI-powered product, Reddit Community Intelligence, to assist marketers in engaging with cultural dialogues on its platform. Announced at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity, this initiative coincides with Reddit's 20th anniversary. The product features two components: Reddit Insights, a social listening tool designed for understanding brand discussions, and Conversation Summary Add-Ons, which provides AI-generated summaries of user opinions for ads. Publicis Groupe is exclusively testing these tools for various marketing purposes, aiming to leverage authentic conversations to improve brand relationships with customers.
