The shocking case of Daejaun Campbell, a 15-year-old boy who was fatally attacked with a zombie knife in Woolwich, has arrived in court. Witnesses reported that Campbell pleaded for his life, calling out, "I'm 15, don't let me die". He was discovered with a fatal stab wound on Eglinton Road after the incident which occurred on September 22, 2024. Three individuals, Jacob Losiewicz (18), Marko Balaz (19), and a 17-year-old boy, have been charged with murder but pleaded not guilty. A six-week trial is set to begin on June 16, following their remand into custody by Judge Sarah Munro KC.
The court heard that Daejaun Campbell, just 15 years old, cried out, "I'm 15, don't let me die," as he lay fatally injured on Eglinton Road.
Jacob Losiewicz and Marko Balaz, both aged 18 and 19 respectively, appeared at Old Bailey alongside a 17-year-old boy, all pleading not guilty.
