Recorda Davey-Ann Clarke, known as Ricardo, was found with a stab wound on Linacre Road early December 28, but sadly died on his way to the hospital.
Elyas Moussa, 29, without a fixed address, has been charged with the murder of Clarke and is set to appear in court on December 30.
