Demonstrations against the monarchy take place in London as well as in Glasgow in Scotland and Cardiff in Wales.Police have arrested the leader of the anti-monarchy group Republic hours before King Charles III's coronation.Republic said its leader Graham Smith had been detained on Saturday morning and a photo posted on Twitter showed him sitting on the ground surrounded by police officers.
