A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a police officer was hit by a car in Holloway Road following reports of an altercation. The officer approached the car, and it drove off, hitting them before being involved in a crash nearby.
The incident occurred around 7.40pm, and the driver fled the crash scene in Navigator Square, Archway. The officer hit was not severely injured, and the arrested individual was taken to the hospital for precautionary measures.
