Las Torres House / gr-os
Briefly

In our project, we focused on understanding the initial layout of the unit through archival materials and selective demolitions, revealing a hidden vault and sealed doors.
The rehabilitation has involved a careful restoration of the facade to preserve its original appearance, complemented only by a new thin steel pergola that enhances the connection between interior and exterior.
We've reconfigured the spatial dynamics of domestic work to create a more equitable environment, altering internal layouts to bridge the traditional divide between service and family areas.
Our interior design reflects the client's childhood memories, featuring checkerboard floors and dark walnut-panelled walls that evoke nostalgia while adhering to the historic character of the estate.
