The stuffing layer was the most labor-intensive part of the sandwich. I began by mixing mayonnaise and cranberry sauce to create a cranberry mayo, and combined the chopped turkey and gravy to make a sauce.
The sandwich tasted good but wasn't worth the hassle. Overall, the sandwich was messy and difficult to eat, leading me to question the effort put into stacking everything.
Next up, I tried making turkey salad, which was the easiest dish to make. The ingredients were simple: celery, green onion, paprika, mayo, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and finely chopped leftover turkey.
I made a few changes to the turkey salad recipe. Since I don't like the crunch of celery or onion, I modified it by omitting those ingredients.
