City officials, aldermen and community-based organizations are meeting at a shuttered high school in the South Shore neighborhood Thursday to discuss plans to open a respite center there to accommodate the city's influx of migrants.The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. at the former South Shore High School building at 7627 S. Constance Ave.
