The NYPD stated that after a series of vehicular collisions, a driver was taken into custody following the injuries of two pedestrians in Brownsville.
Witnesses reported that they immediately reacted to the intense accident, with one bystander naming their efforts to lift a vehicle off the injured driver whose head was pinned underneath.
