The new Logan eatery, a partnership between the James Beard award winning Akunowicz and travel retailer and restaurant operator Paradies Lagardère, was inspired by the chef's South Boston restaurant, Fox & the Knife.
One of the reasons that I love the opportunity to open a restaurant at Boston Logan Airport is that I travel so much and I spend so much time in airports that I really understand the value of having a great glass of wine, a good meal, a great conversation with a great bartender.
