The DIVA Awards are set to be the biggest yet, celebrating LGBTQIA+ women and non-binary trailblazers across entertainment, politics, and business, featuring live performances and a live auction.

"I thought it was normal as my mum really suffered [with period pains] too. But during my first year of university, the symptoms started happening every day, even when I was not bleeding."

The first event is a roundtable on "Zhuangzi: Fate, Desires, Transformation" on April 6th at 9:00am Beijing time.

For decades, work was designed around a fiction, that of the 'neutral' worker, an abstract individual assumed to be fully available, consistent, rational, and unaffected by bodily constraints. But this neutrality was never real.

"I've always been drawn to roles where I can connect people and make things run better. That's what keeps me engaged every day."

In places where inclusion is part of the infrastructure of their economy-supply chains, procurement processes, capital access, or business ownership-people thrive. Inclusive economies create more resilience by expanding the base of potential business owners who can build, own, innovate, and hire. They allow more opportunities for homeownership and investing in the longevity of communities. As our economy becomes increasingly stratified and volatile, we need as much resiliency as we can get.

"A cultural shift was needed on the job sites-not only in the minds of the workers, but also in the physical layout of a site. It may sound trivial, but placing two porta-potties at a build site instead of just one that everyone uses-measures like that are important for developing an inclusive culture."
