How to See Yourself for Who You Truly Are

Lauren, a Los Angeles yoga teacher, slipped in a lunge while teaching and injured her ankle. You Cannot Be Abandoned

I felt an inner devastation that caused so much emotional distress I could no longer hide it or hide from it through my work.
