The New England Patriots announced they will wear their throwback uniforms twice during the upcoming 2025 NFL regular season. The red "Pat Patriot" look will be worn at home games against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 3 and the New York Giants in Week 10. The franchise wore its classic red-and-white look for over 30 seasons from 1960 to 1993, but alternate uniforms were restricted in 2013. Following a rule change in 2022, the "Pat Patriot" look returned, allowing for two appearances each season.
