Gerardo Merida Sanchez, 66, who served as Sinaloa's public security secretary from September 2023 to December 2024, was arrested in Arizona on May 11 before being transferred to New York. DUBLIN - A narcotics sales investigation into a convicted felon culminated Thursday in the 49-year-old woman's arrest in Dublin, as well as the seizure of three kilograms of cocaine and $15,900 in cash, authorities said.
