Mondo has officially announced a new Batgirl figure for its line of Batman: The Animated Series collectible figures. Now available to preorder and priced at $235, the new Batgirl figure is the spitting image of the character as seen in the landmark animated TV series. While the Batgirl figure doesn't have a release date yet, you can prepare for her arrival by checking out all of the other Batman: TAS figures at Mondo.

A new trailer for the game has gone live and has done what few pieces of Batman media have been brave enough to do--acknowledge the existence of the 1995 film Batman Forever and one of its official tie-in songs, Seal's Kiss from a Rose. Set against the backdrop of the song--that won Seal the 1996 Song of the Year at the Grammys--the trailer shows off more of Bruce Wayne's journey and how he transforms into Gotham's legendary vigilante, Batman.

Like those games, it takes place in an open-world Gotham with Bruce gliding and grappling around as he finds thugs to beat up and Riddler puzzles to solve. When he's on the ground, the mini-figure Batman rides around on a motorcycle and in the Batmobile, and in combat, he throws almost rhythmic punches, kicks, and parries like he does in the games.

LEGO Batman will see players take control of the Caped Crusader and his allies, drawing on aspects from the Dark Knight's previous outings across films, video games and DC comics. As confirmed in 31 minutes of gameplay posted by IGN, players will have the option to have the world's greatest detective equipped in different looks - including, it turns out, a very fetching Batman rainbow suit.

Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight is coming in 2026, and includes several references to different iterations of Bruce Wayne's story.
