LEGO Batman: Legacy Of The Dark Knight Encompasses Everything Batman In One New Game
Briefly

WB Games and TT Games announced LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight for release in 2026 on PS5, Xbox Series S/X, PC and Switch 2. The game aggregates characters, settings and storylines from Christopher Nolan's trilogy, The Batman, Rocksteady's Arkham series, other Batman films and the comics. The design mirrors LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga in scope. Early gameplay footage shows an open world, stealth takedowns and combat resembling the Arkham series' free-flow system. The game follows earlier leaks and positions itself as a comprehensive LEGO Batman experience.
Following a few leaks, publisher WB Games and developer TT Games has ripped off the cowl to announce LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, launching in 2026 for PS5, Xbox Series S/X, PC and Switch 2. Like LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, this new game encompasses pretty much everything Batman. There's a lot of focus on the Christopher Nolan trilogy of movies along with the newer The Batman, as well as Rocksteady's Arkham series.. But it also gives big bat nods to every other Batman flick, the comics and basically anything that has ever had Batman in it. Which is a lot of stuff.
The brief bits of gameplay we got show off an open world, some stealth takedowns and what looks like the Arkham game's free flow combat. Actually, you know what, it's close enough, I'm making this the honorary 4th Arkham game.
