State Police arrested a 22-year-old Winthrop man Saturday after more than 100 people were seen riding bicycles, dirt bikes, and motorized scooters on Boston highways.

The bright digital displays feature rotating advertisements that follow traffic patterns throughout the day, maximizing exposure to captive audiences stuck in their vehicles.

Running out of fuel while driving on the Autobahn is illegal due to safety concerns, as stopping on high-speed roads can lead to dangerous situations.

"While the plastic poles are supposed to keep drivers in their respective lanes, we continue to see a system that simply does not work," Stuart Weissman.
