Spider-Man is keeping awfully busy these days. Multiple live-action movie franchises led to a multiversal crossover adventure in Spider-Man: No Way Home, while in animation, the multiverse was already old hat thanks to Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, which assembled all sorts of Spider-Man variants. Both universes have new movies in the pipeline, but a new update teases the revival of a third Spider-Man series - and arguably his most iconic actor.

Alice Birch, a British playwright and screenwriter known for her adaptations, has been brought on to assist Taylor Swift with script rewrites for her directorial debut.

Mann has been tirelessly working to deliver a sequel to his 1995 crime thriller Heat, with a completed script submitted to Warner Bros. and a novelization already published.

Pacino recounted his long journey to create a film about Modigliani, saying, "There is something in this story that is not just identifiable with [the] artist. There is that connection to rejection in all of us."

The Pirates of the Caribbean franchise turned a generation of disillusioned teens into Disney fans for life, becoming a flagship property and generating billions for the company.

I already know what [the story] is. It wasn't hard. I thought it would be, and that's a good place to go from.

"Gears of War is one of the all-time great action games, with vivid characters, a beautifully designed world, and a combat system that drives home the lethality of war and the importance of standing by your squadmates," Spaihts told Netflix in 2023. "It wants to be cinema, and I'm thrilled to have the chance to help that happen."
