Harlem's Fashion Row, an agency dedicated to spotlighting designers of color, held a runway show, dinner and awards ceremony at Cipriani. The night also honored the pop star Usher, the magazine editor Nikki Ogunnaike and the stylist Jason Bolden, each of whom received awards. The event, in its 18th year, was a showcase for three designers of color who all originally hail from Haiti.
