A man was found decapitated in the bathroom of a Staten Island home, and his teenage stepson has been taken into custody in connection with the grisly killing, according to police sources. The person of interest's sister walked into the home on Cary Avenue in West Brighton after 4 p.m. Monday, and found trails of blood in rooms throughout the house, police sources said. She then saw the decapitated victim in the bathtub.
