Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City has recently announced an impressive $50 million capital investment plan for 2026, reinforcing its commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences and enhancing its offerings. This significant investment not only aims to renovate existing facilities but also to expand the culinary landscape, making it a vital player in Atlantic City's revitalization. The centerpiece of this investment is the renovation of over 700 standard guest rooms, 60 suites, and eight penthouses in the hotel's North Tower.

The John G. Carlisle Cafe spans 4,900 square feet, with indoor and porch seating for 70 guests, primarily serving lunch with sandwiches, salads, and soups.

In the 17 years it's been open, has grown from a Bushwick pizza-and-tiki-bar pioneer to a citywide institution to a full international empire with outposts in L.A., Nashville, and Singapore (plus two other restaurants in New York).

San Jose welcomed Tsujita Artisan Noodle, a recognized Tokyo-founded ramen chain, marking its first location in Northern California as of June 21.

Impasto Pizza has officially opened a new location in Park Slope, Brooklyn, bringing its unique Roman-style square slices and classic New York-style pies to local pizza lovers.

"It's actually a pretty great story," says partner Juan Carlos Rodriguez. "I was working in a completely different industry when Jorge and I met: printing, packaging and fulfillment. We connected through mutual friends at a time when I was seriously debating whether to stay in my field or take a leap into something new. Jorge invited me to work with him, and since then, he's been an incredible mentor."
