Join us for the 30th annual Calistoga Lighted Tractor Parade on December 6th at 7pm, a dazzling holiday tradition that lights up the streets of Calistoga! This magical evening brings over 20,000 spectators from near and far to admire beautifully decorated tractors, trucks, floats and farm equipment, all aglow with festive lights. Experience the joy of the season as local farmers, businesses, and community members showcase their creativity in this unique celebration.

San Jose Bike Party is a place to ride bikes, make friends, and have a good time every third Friday of each month at 8 pm. San Jose is the largest city in Northern California, but they are hidden in the suburban sprawl. It's time to enjoy the South Bay, ride the streets, and make this place the active and exciting city you want it to be.

This multi-phase community event--called Breaking New Ground--will begin at 1:30 AM PT / 4:30 AM ET and ask players to figure out how to open the path to Stella Montis via the tunnels in Speranza. As everyone works toward contributing resources to the tunnel efforts, they'll earn a new currency called Merits that will help push things to a second phase of the event called "Staking Our Claim," which will unleash players into Stella Montis with an all-new progression track, challenges, and rewards.

Participants in a festive community tractor parade have been targeted by scammers pretending to seek donations over social media, according to event organisers. Drivers entering the Suffolk Tractor Light Parade were targeted by false messages purporting to be from event planners. The messages encouraged them to make a donation directly to a bank account in what the true organisers have called a frustrating and disappointing.

San Francisco Poet Laureate emerita and special guests present her latest collection of paired poems and artworks about twelve species from the Pacific Coast of the United States and United States territories. Shuck's art will be on display, and she will participate in a short Q & A about her work. was San Francisco's seventh Poet Laureate. Her poetry draws on her multiethnic background which includes Polish and Cherokee heritage, and her experiences as a lifelong resident of San Francisco.

Stanford Blood Center is partnering with the Golden State Warriors to give donors a chance to win four tickets to the Warriors vs. Dallas Mavericks game on Christmas Day, Dec. 25, at 2 p.m. at Chase Center in San Francisco. All donors who give blood at a Stanford Blood Center, including the South Bay Donor Center in Campbell, during the month of October will be automatically entered into the drawing.

Hundreds of people, young, old and wearing matching commemorative T-shirts, just finished dancing the "YMCA" on the field at Yogi Berra Stadium at Montclair State University. Little League teams, former MLB players and local politicians laugh and clutch their gloves as volunteers hand out souvenir baseballs. Yankees organist Ed Alstrom plays "Charge!" from a stage in center field, and the crowd responds on cue.

Take Your Coffee Break Back to the Baroque! Experience live classical music as it was heard in 18th-century salons and coffeehouses-performed on period instruments using historically informed practices by members of Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra.
