Staten Island will experience a coastal storm Monday with winds up to 35 mph and about one inch of rain, risking minor flooding in low-lying areas.
After some sunshine to start the long weekend, a coastal storm will slowly move in, bringing "wind, rain, minor coastal flooding and erosion late Sunday into Tuesday," according to meteorologists.
