IOI Partners' involvement with MindsEye comes to an end, except for any essential transitional functions required to transfer publisher-of-record status to Build A Rocket Boy. In light of this separation, the Hitman mission announced in June 2025, planned as a crossover event within MindsEye, will no longer be released.
Per an alleged recording of his remarks, Gerhard supposedly referred to Ritual Network as "a bunch of gangsters," and also directly named YouTuber Cyber Boi as one of the "influencers" involved in the smear campaign. Cyber Boi is the content creator who was recently threatened with a "formal cease and desist demand" by Gerhard, , following the release of a now-deleted video about ex-Rockstar producer Leslie Benzies and the Epstein files ( Benzies stated this week that he's never met Epstein before).
It included an allegation by an alleged Jeffrey Epstein victim who accused Benzies of sexual assault. He denied the allegation via a spokesperson in a statement shared with Kotaku. "These allegations are false, I had a 3 months consensual relationship with this person, and I have never met Jeffrey Epstein, nor have I ever visited his island, his properties or travelled on his plane. Any suggestion otherwise is misleading," the statement reads.
