The Courtyard is a mixed-use building developed from a repurposed furniture warehouse in a densely populated residential area. By transforming an unfinished concrete structure into a thriving social and cultural hub, the architects aimed to enliven the neighborhood. The building features a central green courtyard for community gatherings, surrounded by wellness amenities like fitness centers and restaurants. The design skillfully combines industrial elements with warm timber for aesthetic appeal and to invite interaction, creating a multifunctional space that enhances community connection.
