Buildner, alongside various local and national partners, has launched the Peja Culture Pavilion competition, aimed at revitalizing a historic site in Peja, Kosovo. This international architecture contest invites designers to create innovative and contextual proposals that incorporate a significant 15th-century water fountain into a multifunctional pavilion. The design must balance modern architecture with historical preservation, catering to community needs while adhering to a â¬50,000 budget. The winning projects will contribute to the cultural and social landscape of Peja.
"The competition sought innovative and respectful design proposals that would revitalize a neglected urban square centered around a 15th-century water fountain."
"Entrants were asked to integrate this cultural heritage element into a multifunctional pavilion that could serve as a space for performance, reflection, gathering, and celebration."
