It's not unusual to be lonely when you are younger, especially when you don't fit into the mould of getting married and having children. I experienced intense loneliness.

Fighting the demons of loneliness is a journey and I still have bouts of it even now. Loneliness is part of the human condition and not something there is an answer to.
