"The last two years with my present coach have taken me from the middle of the pack in the National Senior Games to the top five in my age category nationally," Hanna shared with pride.
Hanna says, "It's never too late to soar for more," aiming to inspire others to start exercising at any age.
A 2021 study shows that those who exercise later in life can have a cardiovascular risk comparable to lifelong exercisers.
