"Every week that you come in, you're going to get something a little bit different, especially from me. I like to change the menu up a lot," says Perron.
"I think that's something cool, something unique. Nobody's really doing it in DC," Perron says about his multicolored pastas, drawing inspiration from chefs on Instagram.
Divino will feature a pasta counter for diners to watch tortellini or tagliatelle being made, showcasing a variety of unique, handmade multicolored pasta.
Perron plans to highlight local ingredients at Divino, using a wood-fired oven for meat and vegetable dishes instead of serving pizza.
