It's really crazy, neighbor Brenda Wildrick told News12. I just don't understand what's going on with the drugs around here. It's horrible.
Cops then tracked down the two suspects - John Selja, 22, and Andrew Delrio, 26 - and charged both men with robbery and attempted murder.
Video footage of the attack obtained by News12 shows repeated muzzle flashes in the dark as the man was shot, seemingly while still sitting in his car.
The seriously wounded victim managed to drive himself to Bon Secours Community Hospital in Port Jervis.
