Police officers with links to organised crime, sex offenders and drug dealers have slipped through the vetting net, the Home Office has been warned.His Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services (HMICFRS) raised concerns in a letter to the Home Office, published on Thursday.
