A joint fatal accident inquiry (FAI) is to be held into the deaths of two young people who took their own lives while serving sentences at a young offenders institution.Katie Allan died at Polmont Young Offenders Institution in June 2018 aged 21 while serving a sentence for a driving offence.William Lindsay died in October that year at the age of 16, days after being sent there on remand.
