Amazon warehouse workers are getting free Prime and a pay raise
Briefly

Starting early next year, Amazon will provide warehouse workers and delivery drivers with free Prime subscriptions, a new benefit that reflects the company's commitment to its front-line employees.
Alongside the Prime subscription, Amazon announced an average pay raise of at least $1.50 per hour for front-line workers, increasing the average base wage above $22 per hour.
In addition to these monetary benefits, Amazon's Career Choice program will now allow front-line workers to enroll in language classes right from the start of their employment.
These initiatives come after Amazon's recent $2.1 billion investment in its Delivery Service Partner program, aimed at enhancing benefits for delivery drivers and increasing their pay.
