Furthermore, over half anticipate increased usage of AI tools in the near future, reflecting a significant shift in consumer behavior towards embracing AI innovations, particularly in marketing contexts.

Generative AI is seen as a personal assistant, with 49% of Americans likely to use it for research, and two out of five look to AI to answer questions.
57.4% expect to use generative AI tools more in the next six months, and only 5.1% plan to use them less.
The study showed consumers’ trust in AI companies with the data they collect, rising to 35%, an increase of 4% over last year.
